Nearly anything is possible within our customizations process. Semi-custom pre-sale homes can include upgrades to landscaping, hardscapes, kitchen design, cabinetry, hard surface materials, appliances and fixtures to name a few. Work with one of our skilled design consultants and choose from a selection of elegant finishes that come standard in a Jk Monarch home. It’s time to make your dream a reality. With the professional assistance of our in-house design consultants, you will review the selected home plan and elevation, select lighting fixtures, doors, hardware, millwork, appliances, cabinetry, and plumbing! You will also be able to review what we can do in the way of upgrades or customizations you may design to make the home your way-unique to you.
Review the preliminary customizations from your pre-construction meeting and make any changes as needed. Select your hard surface and finalize cabinet finish. Afterwards your design consultant will send you a final customization form as you work towards finalizing your selections.
You will have a final opportunity to review all upgrades and final plans, double checking to see everything is just the way you want it. Once finalized all selections and customizations are sent to your community superintendent for initial construction.
A meeting will be scheduled with you by our in-house design consultant to walk through your newly framed home with your designer, site superintended and electrician. Making sure that all of the confirmed items on the home are in place and reviewing any additional electrical, landscaping or fencing upgrades that may be added. This walk is a great opportunity to start measuring for future furniture and start to gain a vision of each space in the home.
A meeting will be scheduled with you by our in house design consultant to walk through the home with the site superintendent after cabinets are installed. This is an exciting time to walk through the home to start
to see your dreams come to life and review progress to this point.
This is an important part of the process to be part of as you have the opportunity to walk the home with the site superintendent and warranty representative. At this walk you will be shown the new features and functions of the home, learn the maintenance steps for the home and have the opportunity to note any touchups or items that need to be addressed prior to your move in. Our representatives will also discuss the home warranty, how to make claims through your online account and answer any questions you may have about the new home.
The day has come to make the house your home. A member from our client experience team and the superintendent on site will present the home to you and celebrate this memorable moment. Review and sign off of the completed key delivery form will take place along with the delivery of yours key as soon as the home has recorded. You are now ready to begin the amazing journey in your new JK Monarch Home!
